I’ve always been interested in health and exercise and recently completed a nutrition and coaching course so I could become a certified food coach.
Chatting to friends and doing research for my course made me realise there isn’t a lot of information aimed at women who are over 40 and who are past getting their tips from instagram influencers but still want to feel and look good.
So I decided to start this blog. I want it to be a place where women can go to get tips on diet, exercise and health and share their experiences, the things that have worked for them and what hasn’t.
